OptiFine with Twitch Minecraft launcher?

For some damn reason when I launch the game from the Mojang Minecraft launcher I get like 1-2 FPS even with OptiFine, but when I launch it with the Twitch launcher I get 15-20 FPS even without OptiFine and I don't know why.
The problem is that I want to play on Minecraft version 1.14.4 and Forge 1.14.4 is still not compatible with OptiFine. Is there a way of installing OptiFine on one of the instances of the Twitch Minecraft launcher? I tried, but so far I couldn't get it to work.
